Phở bò
Vietnam's most iconic dish — a deeply aromatic beef broth with silky rice noodles, tender beef slices, and fresh herbs. The slow-cooked broth is the heart of this dish.
Prep noodles: Cook rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and place them into your serving bowl.
Make the broth: In a small pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Stir in 2 tablespoons of the flavor paste until fully dissolved. Let it simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.
Assemble: Arrange the raw, thinly sliced beef directly on top of the warm noodles in your bowl.
Pour & serve: Pour the rolling-boiling broth directly over the beef slices (the intense heat will cook the beef instantly). Top with bean sprouts, herbs, and a squeeze of lime.
